Class Descriptions
Aqua – A low impact workout in the pool. Using the water as resistance to work the whole body.
Beginner Aerocycle – Designed to introduce the basic moves of the indoor cycling class.
Bertie Bassetts - This class has allsorts! A fun class combining Aerobics, Toning, Step, Circuit and box-fit.
Body Blast- Full body workout with a mixture of dumbbells, and resistance bands to strengthen your entire body. This class will challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best resistance exercises mixed with cardio intervals. Get the results you want – and fast!
Box - Fit – Boxing techniques used in this aerobic workout.
Cardio Kick - A dynamic, motivating and intense workout that combines simple aerobic choreography with martial arts and boxing based moves. The aerobic workout with an extra punch!
Fit & fabulous - Includes a fun aerobic workout and a variety of toning exercises for all ages and abilities
FitBall – Using the fitballs in this whole body workout. Using your core stability muscles to help with balance, posture and developing strength.
Fitness Yoga – Incorporating mobility and stretching with yoga moves and positions to up beat music to get the heart rate going.
Hot Spot – This class will change each month to try and keep things fresh and your motivation up! Keep your eyes on the studio notice board for more information.
Pilates – Strengthening muscles of the core to stabilise and support the back. Promoting flexibility mobility and strength.
Pre-weekend workout - A fun energetic combination of Aerobics and Toning.
Salsa Tone – A fun workout using salsa techniques and moves.
Spin – An energetic indoor cycling workout, where you ride to the rhythm of high energy music. These cardiovascular classes are all tailored to your level.
Step 2 it – An aerobic style class to music using a step for added intensity.
Street Dance – A high impact and funky workout., Sunday for juniors.
Stretch and tone – Fitness yoga mixed with legs bums and tums..
Strictly Dance - A mixture of salsa, jive, rock n roll, line dancing etc – low impact aerobic workout, lots of fun for everyone
Taekwondo – A form of Martial Arts. A mixed class that includes our junior members.
Tai Chi – Gentle exercises to relax the body, helping to improve circulation and strength.
Thai boxing – A martial art devised from the Thai’s – a fun and different way to get your fitness fix! Adults class Tuesdays, kids class Sundays.
Tone Zone – An aerobic workout followed by a toning session for all abilities.
Yoga – A combination of physical and mental exercises which promote flexibility, reduce stress and improves strength and posture.
