Individual Bookings
All bookings will require a credit card number upon booking your appointment or package or alternatively a 50% deposit. We also recommend that you book in advance of your arrival to the spa in order to secure your preferred choice of time.
Group Bookings
14 days notice is required: otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. If less than 7days prior to arrival a 75% cancellation fee will be incurred. Full charge will be imposed for a ‘no show’
If Late For An Appointment
Appointment times must be adhered to. Should you arrive late, your treatment will end at the appointed time and full payment must be paid.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred on the given credit card or deposit forfeited. If less than 4 hours notice is given, a 75% cancellation fee will be incurred. Full charge will be imposed as a ‘no show’
Gift Vouchers
The ideal gift for any occasion, an experience they will never forget. Gift vouchers are redeemable against any treatment, spa package or retail products. Gift vouchers must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.

We accept cash, all major credit cards and room charges and are subject to change without prior notice
